RECIPE:-
Ingredients:-
• 1 lb boneless skinless chicken, cut into 1-inch cubes
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoon garam masala
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
• 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 cup plain yogurt
• 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• Salt to taste
• Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:–
1. In a large bowl, toss the chicken with the olive oil, garam masala, cumin, garlic, ginger, coriander, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and paprika. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
